Zai Laffitte is an international wedding photographer based between Miami, Florida and Southern Europe, mainly Spain and Italy, but working all over the globe. With a background as a writer and photojournalist, her style is a mix of candid, editorial and emotive.
She is inspired by architecture, nature, fashion, light, but most of all, stories naturally unfolding in front of her. She believes her most powerful tool as a photographer is giving people the comfort and space to be themselves as she documents their day. Since 2010, Zai’s work has been featured in Vogue, Brides, The Anti-Bride, Coveteur, and others.
In the uncommon moments she is not with a camera in hand , Zai spends her time traveling for pleasure, enjoying the outdoors, museum hopping, and pursuing other creative endeavors.
