Wedding In Tuscany is a boutique wedding and event planning and design company based in Florence.

In 2002, Chiara started her own company, offering foreigners the possibility to get married in this magical region. Over the years, Wedding In Tuscany have made creating unique weddings their mission, using the finest vendors and most picturesque venues and locations.

Chiara and her team have received praise from both the clients and the press, and many of their outstanding weddings have been featured in the most prestigious international magazines.

Professionalism is rare…you were PATIENT (with me ) and truly poured your energy into the weekend. That is beyond what anyone can expect. You have blown me away. Dearest Chiara & Francesco

I’m still not sure I have the words to try express my gratitude to you both. Our wedding weekend was an absolute dream at Villa Il Pozzo! Our guests were in awe of everything and you made it effortless. Magical was the word that kept coming up. And it truly was the most magical day. I am so thankful the internet somehow brought us to you – we literally couldn’t have done it without you. If you are thinking about having your wedding in Italy, DO IT! And choose Weddings in Tuscany! We live in the US and were so blessed to find Chiara. Communication with her and Francesco was easy and they both really wanted to help us to get the day we wanted. Plus, their easy going personalities and style helped to calm me down and allow me to feel comfortable knowing everything was taken care of. Chiara also had perfect suggestions for vendors and coordinated everything we needed. I already miss emailing back and forth with them and hope to see them again in the future! They truly have become dear friends.

Wow, where do we begin?

Chiara was a dream to work with as we planned the wedding of our dreams! Our three days of wedding events were absolutely perfect, from start to finish! After interviewing multiple planners we selected Chiara, and we are so happy with this choice! She was extremely professional, responsive, creative, and very trustworthy! Chiara was very easy to work with, despite the time difference between Italy and the west coast she was always willing to jump on a zoom and talk through things. We always felt calm after waking up to emails from her and her attention to detail was outstanding. Her team was very professional during the events as well. It was great to be able to get her advice on things, given her experience and expertise in the Tuscany region. We received so many compliments from our guests on how beautiful and easy our wedding was, despite being a three day international event and that was the result of Chiara’s skills. I never thought I would be a low-key bride on my wedding day but with Chiara at the helm I was able to enjoy the experience.

Dear Chiara, Francesca, and Francesco

It’s been two months since our wedding and both me and my husband still think about it every day (I’m sure we will be daydreaming about our wedding weekend until we die!!!!).

It was already difficult to plan a wedding while we were in the U.S. during a pandemic but everything seemed easy with Chiara and her team. She was always available for any questions or concerns that we had. Every step of the way, we were re-assured and were in the loop with every vendor and design aspect. Thank you so much for truly making our Pinterest board come to life – my expectations were completely exceeded. It still feels like a dream and I can’t believe that was our wedding and I’m forever thankful. Everything was taken care of so we were able to completely let go and have the best time of our lives. Next time we’re in Florence, dinner all together! Hugs to all of you!!!!

Chiara and I had a special connection from the very beginning

When you meet someone and you immediately know that this is an amazing, wonderful person you want to get to know – that was my feeling after my first talk with Chiara back in 2019. We initially planned our wedding for summer 2020 – and since the pandemic happened we had to postpone the wedding. Not once or twice. We postponed 5 (!!) times. It surely was an frustrational situation and unpredictable. The person who solved all problems, big and small was Chiara. She kept me calm through the entire process. There has never been an issue she couldn’t solve. With a smile and a warm personality she had an answer to all questions and a solution for every problem or issue. Words are not enough to describe how wonderful she is! During the days of our wedding party she was on top of things at all times. I could not have asked for a better person to guide and help me trough the planning or our tuscan wedding. It turned out to be more than perfect thanks to Chiara and her team. Not only did she smoothly manage postponing, pandemic and last minute fix of celebrant and all other small issues. From the big things to location, villas and catering to the smaller things as decoration, gifts, timings and seating chart – she always found a perfect solution. And such high standard of all the collaborates she works with. She gave us the perfect experience and a wedding better than we could ever dream of. Better than what you see in the movies. Perfect is not sufficient to describe Chiara or the wedding experience she gave us. I would not have done it any other way. Our wedding days will stay in our minds and our hearts for as long as we live. I am also grateful to know that I have gained a friend for life.
